Sales Administrator

  • Work for a global business with excellent benefits / flexibility to work hybrid after initial training.

  • SAP / ERP experience is preferable for this position.

    We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a growing business to help support administration related tasks within the commercial sales team. As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for any administration linked to sales order processing, spares quotation preparation, qualification, and review. SAP is then used to support the sales / service team by maintaining all customer data and ensuring transactions are correct.

    Salary Guideline: c£24,000 to £25,000 per annum as a guide. Hybrid working up to two days from home per week.

    The Sales Administrator job will involve:

  • Supporting the Commercial and Product Management team through effective administration, data management, and customer support.

  • To ensure the smooth operation of invoicing, returns processing, pricing, and system data integrity.

  • Set up and maintain customer terms and price lists within the SAP system.

  • Develop reports and data sets for analysis and monitoring purposes.

    This Sales Administrator job will suit:

  • Good administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communicator with good commercial awareness, capable of delivering excellent customer service.

  • Preferably have some SAP / ERP experience and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes.
