Sales Account Executive

Up to £55k, plus high uncapped commission


Our client is a market-leading data science company specialising in customer behaviour and intent. They’re now in a strong financial position to press the button on hiring the best commercial talent in the industry.


You’ll be joining a dynamic and energetic company, full of passionate and tech savvy people who share the same mission to grow the business.


Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for all things AI, data science and marketing and have a full understanding of the media agency landscape. You will have some strong agency contacts to bring to the table and your understanding of the planning and buying process will stand you in good stead to be a big success.


The role will entail lots of outreach and relationship building as you’ll be conducting regular meetings and delivering sales presentations. They’ll expect you to have strong negotiation and contract management experience and a natural ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms.


Summary of key requirements;


  • Previous success selling direct data solutions or services directly to media brands and agencies
  • Tech and data literate
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Media agency contacts


The interview process will hone in on the following personal characteristics;

Innovation, commerciality, interpersonal skills, influencing, engaging, attention to detail, collaborative - so you'll need to have clear evidence of these qualities.
