We are adding 1 Account Executive to our Central London team to help develop new accounts and manage relationships in our Corporate Legal, IP and Investment sectors. Successful candidates will develop into Senior Account Executive and then Sales Manager once initial milestone targets are achieved. This is a small high performing team. We demand excellence and give 110% to those who commit to our vision.


This is an in-person role located in our office in ourCentral Londonoffice.


Qualifications


  • Sales & Marketing Experience - 2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience preferably with high priced products.
  • Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is preferred. Cold calling experience to C level executives.
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills. Successful candidates understand EQ and tactical empathy. This is a C level consultative sales process where deals are closed in 5 days.
  • Experience in both hunting and use of disciplined KPI’s plus a proven farmer and developer of relationships. We need both to excel in this role. We need exceptional research and organizational skills.
  • Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills. We recently launched HubSpot as our new CRM, and familiarity with its features, tools, and workflows would be a significant advantage in helping you hit the ground running, but is not a requirement.

  • OTE Progression: 40 years of being a global business means we have institutional knowledge of how to sell, manage and develop relationships. We have an exceptional system. Our average manager experience is 7+ years and long service Sales Leaders are 20 + years’ experience. London Sales Director has 15+ year experience. We work as senior leadership team and all share and collaborate on tactics and strategies to help WIN deals.
  • As a sales and account management professional at Marcus Evans you will earn 7%-13% commission on monthly targets with deal price points after your induction period of between EUR35k and EUR80k for entry relationships growing to EUR150k-EUR250k repeat relationships. At an early stage you will be targeted to earn £2500 - £6600per month in commissions plus base. So OTE is £57k+ in year one, and Senior Account Executive Year Two : OTE £69k - £132k+.
  • Monthly career reviews against financial goals and KPI metrics. Progression into management after year two based on performance where income opportunities increase. Exclusive Manager in training program to develop future leaders from year two for selected global candidates.
  • Continuous training and development via coaching and mentorship programs; In addition, access to full global LMS platform and our sales mastery program. This includes account management training and closing training as advanced training as you progress. Extensive sales tape library to review top performers work product. Call shadow, whisper and live coaching functions plus group and individual tape training every week.
  • Hubspot CRM to manage relationships, prospect data and pipelines.
  • We promote from within and need candidates who want to develop international sales management opportunities after year two.
  • 20 days per annum paid holiday (3 to be used during Christmas week). After the first year of employment this will increase to a maximum of 25 days.
  • Our offices have shower facilities, kitchen and social areas including a private rooftop terrace on the North Bank of the River Thames opposite The Shard where we host team and company socials.
  • Travel to attend in person events in locations like Monaco, Cannes, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, Chicago, Tokyo, Singapore, Switzerland etc in 5-star locations.
