They are looking for a Research Manager to join to work on projects focused on branding, innovation, NPD and design.

You will likely be at SRE level looking for the next step to Research Manager, or will be a Research Manager already, looking to embrace a new challenge.

The Role

In the role of Research Manager, you will be responsible for leading on several projects, mentoring and overseeing the more junior team members. A key contact for the client, you will lead on all day-to-day communication. You will collaborate with the qualitative team as well on joint projects.

Key Duties Include:-

  • Drafting responses and proposals and attending pitch meeting
  • Overseeing the set- up of the projects and the team
  • Designing and signing off on fieldwork materials
  • Working with suppliers
  • Analysis of the data and pulling out key findings
  • Writing reports and presentations to showcase the findings and tell the story
  • Delivering presentations with the senior leadership team
  • Building up strong client relationships

    The Candidate:-
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative research background and will have worked on a wide range of methodologies
  • Experience working with qualitative teams is also beneficial
  • A keen interest or experience working in branding, NPD, concept testing, innovation and design research areas is required
  • Ability to oversee a project and the team throughout, with minimal director support
  • You will be highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to really tell the story and showcase the findings
  • You will be someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
