Focused on expandingour network throughout the UK, we’re looking for passionate,results-driven individuals to help us do just that. /n As a SpatialData Analyst, you will contribute to our parcel locker siteidentification and evaluation with ongoing performance managementthrough advanced data analysis techniques. Your work will beinstrumental in not only expanding our presence, but also drivingstrategic growth for the company. /n If you are passionate aboutleveraging data to drive business expansion, and thrive in adynamic environment, I would love to hear from you. /n About therole /n • Use and interrogate geospatial and other tools to makerecommendations on suitable locations to target for lockers or toavoid /n • Undertake land registry checks to ensure that lockersare placed within the demise of prospective hosts /n • Analysis ofthe performance of every locker in the network, includingproduction of reports to inform decisions about locker extensionsor churn, or operations collection requirements /n • Analyse andpresent as required on key information on the make-up of the RoyalMail locker estate, including the sector of the host /n • Analyseand monitor the performance against target of the Site Acquisitionteam /n • Ensure that we have a complete repository of electroniccopies of signed contracts, and ensure that key data is extractedfrom them so that we act on renewals in a timely fashion /n •Ensure that hosts and any other organisations we work with tosource locations are paid correctly and on time, in accordance withtheir individual terms, and that our expenditure is monitored. Useinformation on typical costs to inform annual budget setting /nAbout you /n To truly excel in the role, you will posses thenecessary skills and experience listed below – /n Key Skills /n •Previous experience of Data Analysis /n • Highly proficient in useof Excel /n • Proficient in the use of self-serve data mining/SQL/n • Proficient in the use of Qlik/Looker /n • Good understandingof geographical/mapping programs and CRM tools such as Pipedrive anadvantage /n • Good understanding of SAP /n • Highly skilled atorganising data suitable for presenting to senior audiences, andconfident at presenting /n • Strong numeracy, analytical andcommunication skills /n • Ability to cope under pressure within avery fast paced business unit /n Qualifications /n • Educated todegree level in a subject requiring analysis of numeric orgeographical data and/or relevant skills/experience /n • Minimum:GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (at Grade C / 5 or above) /nWe don’t expect every candidate to meet the full criteria for therole.
