They are currently looking to bring in a Research Director, who has experience in working on quantitative projects.

KEY DUTIES

Evolve research strategy, shape team culture, drive innovation; ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives. Lead pricing, proposals, revenue growth; partner on forecasting, craft strategic commercial narratives with senior leadership. Cultivate senior client relationships, champion operational excellence, refine workflows, mentor team to uphold research best practice.

Deep expertise in ad effectiveness and cross-media research with strong digital and commercial credentials. Strategic, financially literate leader balancing growth and efficiency; confident navigating ambiguity and complex environments.
