VolkerWessels UK is a leading contracting group comprising five closely linked businesses.

Our expertise lies in providing integrated and innovative solutions for the civil engineering and construction sectors, specialising in rail, highways, airports, marine, defence, energy, water, and environmental infrastructure.

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with our resourcing team to support the recruitment process. This includes advertising, mapping, and approaching potential candidates. You will be responsible for screening and submitting shortlists to hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Use CV searches, job boards, referrals, and our internal database to find the best candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to ensure each candidate is the right fit.
Talent Pool Management: Encourage and nurture candidates, ensuring we have the best talent ready to join us.
Relationship Management: Coordinate interviews, communicate with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth vacancy closure.
Data Integrity: Understand and champion the importance of data integrity and accurate reporting.About you
