Special Projects Project Manager - Contract Position in Dublin

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (L&D / Training / Education) for a special projects role based in vibrant Dublin, Ireland. This position is ideal for someone with a robust background in Learning & Development and Training within the Life Science sector or other process sector. The successful candidate will manage critical knowledge management tools and processes, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's learning infrastructure and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the SME on knowledge management tools including SharePoint, Edcast LxP, and SuccessFactors LMS.
Manage SharePoint sites effectively, ensuring they meet organisational needs.
Play a crucial role in communicating about our learning programs, keeping everyone informed and engaged with the latest developments and opportunities, including initiatives associated with our learning investment for skilling & capability building
Collaborate with instructional designer and OL&CM Leads to create adaptive learning content
Manage metrics on utilisation of assets for Learning KPI metrics reporting and use data analytics to identify learning gaps and tailor content to site & function learning roadmap needsRequired Skills:

SME on knowledge management tools and processes, such as Sharepoint and learning technologies (Edcast LxP, and SuccessFactors LMS)
Excellent organisational and project management skills essential. Ability to prioritise multiple inputs and customer suggestions
Adapt to work priorities in response to complex or rapidly changing environment. Has the context of global, regional & site learning needs to drive key elements of the role requirements
Deliver results to project timelines with limited resources in a highly matrixed organization.
Develop and execute strategies with minimum guidance.This contract role provides a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the Learning & Development initiatives in a leading Life Science organisation. If you have the experience and skills listed above, we would love to hear from you.
