continue to expand, we seek a skilled CRM Project Manager to spearhead the
implementation and enhancement of our CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with our sales, marketing, and customer support processes.

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our CRM systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure that the CRM platform effectively supports business objectives and enhances customer experience.

This role requires a strong understanding of CRM technologies, excellent project
management skills, and the ability to drive adoption across the organization. As the key
liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that CRM projects are
delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum business impact.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Implementation & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end management of
CRM projects, from planning and development to deployment and continuous
improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer support,
and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into CRM
functionalities.
User Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure smooth
CRM adoption and usage across all departments.
Data Management & Integration: Ensure CRM data integrity and seamless
integration with other business systems, such as marketing automation tools and
customer support platforms.
Customization & Enhancements: Identify opportunities for CRM customization to
improve efficiency and customer engagement. Work with developers or vendors to
implement these changes.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
to track CRM effectiveness and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine CRM-related workflows to
enhance productivity and user experience.

Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in CRM
projects and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Project Manager in CRM implementation, CRM development,
or digital transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft
Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.
Experience managing CRM integrations with other business tools (e.g., marketing
automation, ERP, telephony systems).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM data management, reporting, and
performance tracking.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
Ability to drive user adoption through training, support, and change management
strategies.
Experience with AI-driven CRM enhancements or automation is a plus.
