Project Manager - Fixed Term Salaried role, hybrid working as per meetings and site rollouts (flexible)
Warwickshire when in local office - Salary negotiable

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Project Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare systems implementation (other systems implementations considered), an understanding of data quality issues and ETL processes during systems migrations, and exceptional stakeholder and end-user management skills. Experience working with third-party systems implementers, you will be deploying solutions to multiple national sites, and overseeing business change management, training, and adoption phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare systems implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency plans.
  • Coordinate with third-party systems implementers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Oversee data quality assurance processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities, to ensure accurate and reliable data migration.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate business change management activities to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Plan and oversee training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the new systems.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in healthcare systems implementation.

    Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing systems implementation projects. Healthcare sector ideal.
  • Strong understanding of working with data quality and ETL processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder and end-user management skills.
  • Experience working with third-party systems implementers.
  • Proven track record of deploying solutions to multiple national sites.
  • Strong business change management skills.
  • Experience in planning and overseeing training and adoption phases.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
