About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Migration Project Manager to lead a high-profile platform migration initiative for a fast-growing organization in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver an end-to-end data migration project, ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption to services.
  • Manage the migration of customer data and operational processes to a secure, scalable digital platform.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks while resolving challenges to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, maintaining alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and retrospectives.
  • Drive adherence to governance and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
    About You
  • Extensive experience managing complex data and platform migration projects, ideally within financial services or similarly regulated industries wealth management / pensions / investment etc
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
  • Technical knowledge of migration tools, data transformation, and integration processes is highly desirable.
  • Adept at balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
