Programme Delivery Manager, Outside IR35, remote with 1-2 days a month in Newcastle, SC Cleared.  Role Overview   We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead and oversee key projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This is an outside IR35 position, and successful applicants must hold valid SC clearance. Responsibilities   - Lead the planning and implementation of programme delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.   - Manage stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the programme lifecycle.   - Oversee the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.   - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of programme outcomes.   - Monitor programme performance and implement necessary adjustments to achieve targets.   - Utilise Quantexa for data analysis and insights to drive decision-making.   - Leverage Data Bricks for data engineering tasks to support programme objectives.   - Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.   - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure programme success.   Qualifications   - Proven experience as a Programme Delivery Manager or similar role in project management.   - Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies.   - Experience with Quantexa and Data Bricks is essential.   - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.   - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.   - SC clearance is required for this role.   - Relevant degree or professional qualification in project management or a related field is preferred
