Join us as a Risk and Finance Data Transformation Test Lead

You’ll work across the Technology, Finance COO and Risk & Finance business teams to further develop the Programme test strategy and execution plans aligned to the multi-year roadmap

You’ll drive the testing scope within time, cost, quality, and management of the associated risk profile

What you'll do

You’ll lead testing across the Risk and Finance Data Transformation Programme, this includes the Technical AWS infrastructure and the adoption of the data to simplify and transform Risk and Finance processes.  You’ll lead the design, development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts.

You’ll develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for automation and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
 

You’ll also:

Prepare, manage and provide reporting on all test plans, controls and resource plans, ensuring the plan is in line with any wider programme plans and controls

Ensure activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be fully tested successfully

Lead a team through the testing lifecycle, setting team objectives and carrying out individual assessments, while building and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions and at different levels

Monitor and report on test execution metrics and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement

Identify, record, and track defects and inconsistencies, working closely with the development team for resolution

Ensure all testing deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework

The skills you'll need

We’ll expect you to have experience of delivering strategic projects that support the business strategy and its growth agenda, this includes leading the testing of technology change.

You’ll also need:

A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and senior managers

Experience of project management and leading the testing of technology and associated process change

Knowledge and experience of automated testing frameworks and scripts

Experience of applications for systems and delivery preferably AWS and Oracle Cloud

Knowledge of flexible working environments and strategies
