Role Overview
I am searching for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager within cybersecurity to drive business growth and profitability through strategic initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with technical leaders, product architects, market-leading vendors, and third-party service delivery partners to develop innovative, customer-focused security solutions. By aligning the security portfolio with evolving market trends, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the business' offerings and delivering value to their clients.

You will define and manage the roadmap for security solutions, develop product artifacts like pricing models and service designs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will be a key partner to pre-sales and sales teams, ensuring that offerings remain competitive and tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product initiatives to drive growth and profitability in the security solutions portfolio.
Product Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the roadmap for security solutions, ensuring alignment with both business goals and market demands.
Pricing and Service Design: Lead pricing strategies and service designs to create compelling and competitive offerings.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including technical leaders, architects, and delivery teams, to develop integrated, cutting-edge solutions.
Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to maintain transparency on product vision, goals, and progress.
Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure cohesive product development and implementation.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and market research to inform product development and make strategic decisions.
Pre-sales and Sales Support: Provide crucial support to sales teams through training, resources, and direct client interaction.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements.

The ideal person will have:

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and leading vendors
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex security solutions and translate technical requirements into actionable product plans.
Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing product roadmaps, pricing models, and service designs that are both innovative and market-competitive.
Innovation and Improvement: Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving continuous product innovation.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and strategy to various stakeholders.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of adjusting to changing priorities and market conditions.
