Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining detailed product requirements, designing prototypes, and collaborating with Engineering. You will play a key role in synthesizing product ideas from cross-functional teams and other Risk counterparts, such as Policy, Policy Operations, Rule writers, and Decision Sciences. You will work closely with the Product Analytics team to collect data insights and measure product improvements, while also evangelising the Risk platform and its capabilities to internal partners. The ability to manage multiple complex projects across cross-functional and distributed teams is essential.

Responsibilities

Define detailed product requirements and design corresponding prototypes.
Collaborate closely with Engineering.
Synthesize product ideas from cross-functional teams and Risk counterparts such as Policy, Policy Operations, Rule writers, and Decision Sciences.
Partner with the Product Analytics team to collect data insights and measure improvements.
Evangelise the Risk platform and its capabilities to internal partners.
Manage multiple complex projects across cross-functional and distributed teams.
Consistent track record of developing, launching, and scaling new products and CX experiences.
Discover and address customer difficulties across the customer journey via qualitative and quantitative data-driven approaches to validate and identify the customer problem.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in UI design.
Experience in creating prototypes.
Strong data analysis skills.
Background in Computer Science.
