We’re looking for a proactive and skilled data & support analyst to join our fast-paced Consumer Roadside division. Working with data from a range of sources, you’ll play a key role in mining through large data sets in order to present the data in a way that can be used to drive initiatives, improvements and cost saving.


Using your skills inExcel, SQL&Power BI, you’ll collect and analyse data from different sources, turning complex information into clear insights that help improve customer experience and business performance. You’ll use problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis to spot trends, fix issues, and find opportunities to save costs or improve processes. You’ll create reports and visuals and be able to share your findings with both technical and non-technical teams.


The ideal candidate will love deep diving into data, spotting patterns and trends, and turning numbers into stories that make a real difference.


This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week at home


What you will do…

Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making within the division. Creating reports, dashboards, and visuals to effectively communicate findings to relevant teams and decision-makers.  Creating automated processes for data scraping and streamlining data collection methods Using own initiatives to proactively look for ways to support business objectives and identify improvements Maintain accurate records and document the processes to share learnings with wider team Support the teams with ongoing processes, looking for ways to improve and streamline

What you will need…

Proven experience in data mining using various tools and techniques including SQL, Power BI & Excel. Demonstrable analytical skills Excellent communication skills. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Impeccable attention to detail Stakeholder management Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentwhilst still delivery high standards.
