Company Description

Finding solutions to climate change is the priority of the 21st century, and means switching to low-carbon energy. At Assystem, our mission is to accelerate the energy transition worldwide. To achieve this, our 7,500 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

Job Description

We’re now looking for a Junior or Consultant-level Planner with a solid grounding in Primavera P6 and strong experience using data visualisation tools – ideally Tableau – to join our delivery team.

Your Role
You will play a key part in supporting programme delivery for Apple, working across a portfolio of complex initiatives. This role involves a mix of schedule development, data analytics, and reporting to help drive project performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6

Support the planning and controls team in analysing progress, forecasting and schedule risk

Create insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI

Extract, transform and analyse project data to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client representatives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

Support governance, reporting and stakeholder communications

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years’ experience in a planning, project controls, or data analytics role

Proficiency with Primavera P6

Experience building dashboards with Tableau (Power BI experience also considered)

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to adapt in a high-tech, fast-paced project setting

Desirable:

Experience working in a consultancy or on client-side projects

Background in infrastructure, engineering, or technology sectors

Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule risk analysis
