Pension Scheme Data Analyst

Aylesbury | £45k + bonus (up to 15%) | 35-hour week |


This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they continue to grow their Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business. As a Pension Scheme Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how they onboard pension schemes, improve data quality, and strengthen their internal processes as the team expands.


We’re looking for a Pension Scheme Data Analyst to support the onboarding of new pension schemes to a growing BPA business. You’ll analyse, transform and validate defined benefit pension data, ensure accuracy and completeness, and help improve processes as the team expands.


What you’ll do:

  • Analyse and validate DB pension scheme data
  • Transform and prepare data for system upload
  • Complete reconciliations and audit trails
  • Test calculations and automated processes
  • Help identify and prevent data issues
  • Support process and system improvements


What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of DB pension schemes
  • Experience with large datasets or migrations
  • Strong analytical skills + Excel
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in pensions or financial services is an advantage


You’ll be a great fit if you enjoy working with data, solving problems and producing accurate, reliable results.

  • Salary up to £45k
  • Bonus up to 15%
  • 35-hour week. True 9-5pm hours
