Contract type: 3 Year Fixed-Term Contract (Secondment for internal applicants)

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

We’re looking for a detail-driven Systems Management Data Analyst to join Cantium Business Solutions. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge management systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless service delivery across our dynamic organisation.

Why this role matters

The Systems Management Data Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining and improving the accuracy, functionality, and integrity of Cantium’s management systems. By supporting data governance, testing system changes, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, you’ll help drive operational excellence and support digital efficiency across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Provide administrative and functional support to maintain and enhance Cantium’s management systems

Assist with projects, including testing and implementation of new system features and changes

Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity

Produce accurate management reports, performance data, and ad hoc analysis

Create and update documentation such as training materials, user guides, and e-learning content

Manage user access, system licensing, and permissions in line with policies

Support system change control processes, including configuration and testing activities

Act as a first point of triage for incidents and service requests, escalating as required

Liaise with external suppliers to report, track, and resolve software issues

Ensure all data management activities adhere to GDPR and internal policies
What we’re looking for

Educated to a minimum of Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) including English and Maths

ITIL Foundation qualification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in data management, validation, and application support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator, able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences

Experience of working in a customer-focused or service-oriented environment

Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Knowledge of change control, configuration management, and GDPR principles
