Job Title: Production Process Operator

Location: Dundee

Remuneration: Hourly rate £12.21

Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time, 5 months

Start Date: Middle of May

Our client, a dynamic and leading organisation based in Dundee, is on the lookout for four enthusiastic Production Process Operators to join their vibrant team! If you have experience in manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and packing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Execute packing operations for tubes filled with gel and bottles, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up equipment and prepare tools for smooth and efficient production processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while promptly reporting any faults or deficiencies.
Ensure accurate documentation is completed on time, following SOPs and data integrity policies.
Demonstrate flexibility by working across various production areas.
Comply with risk assessments and COSHH data sheets to uphold a safe working environment.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any unsafe practises.
Maintain an updated personal training record folder to ensure continuous compliance.
Conduct daily Good Manufacturing practise (GMP) audits to meet health, safety, and quality standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Relevant industry experience in manufacturing or production, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
Understanding of cGMP principles in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with technical work instructions, such as SOPs, modules, and manuals.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to adapt to varying shift patterns.
