About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Asset Condition Surveyor to join our growing PPP and Property Advisory team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality technical advisory services across a wide range of infrastructure and real estate projects, primarily in the education and healthcare sectors, with opportunities to expand into broader infrastructure markets.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting asset condition surveys and lifecycle/maintenance assessments across diverse properties and facilities.
Supporting technical due diligence and advisory projects for lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Acting as project manager for Independent Certifier (IC) services on multiple projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Providing clear, well-documented quantitative and qualitative analysis to support technical and commercial decision-making.
Developing practical, innovative solutions that contribute to successful project outcomes.
Engaging regularly with both internal teams and external clients to present findings, discuss recommendations, and agree action plans.
Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are consistently met.
Contributing technical expertise across the team's service lines-particularly in MEP-related areas within IC, advisory, and due diligence projects.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong technical foundations, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

A recognised qualification (BSc, BTEC, HND/HNC) in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
Progress toward or attainment of professional registration (e.g., MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIEE, MIET).
Experience in mechanical and electrical surveying
