TD Recruitment are working with a leading MEP consultancy seeking a Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins on a landmark project from day one.

The Role:

You will be the lead BIM coordinator for a £25M MEP package on a high-profile mixed-use new build in Blackfriars, Central London, consisting of a 16-storey residential and a 21-storey commercial tower.

You'll also oversee a remote coordination team based in the Philippines.

Job Duties:

  • Lead the production and coordination of detailed MEP models using Revit in line with project requirements and BIM Level 2 standards

  • Manage and liaise with remote coordination teams (Philippines-based) to ensure accurate and timely model delivery

  • Run Navisworks clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

  • Collaborate closely with internal design engineers and external consultants to ensure seamless integration across all disciplines

  • Maintain model data integrity, including COBie data compliance

  • Produce and review 2D drawings using AutoCAD as required

  • Attend coordination meetings and contribute technical input to design solutions

    Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD

  • Minimum 5 years' Revit MEP experience

  • Experience with COBie data and BIM Level 2 standards

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing workflows

  • Confident working on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
