Marketing Operations Manager - NottinghamWe areseeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing OperationsManager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you willbe responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operationof our marketing systems, processes, and technologies. You willplay a key role in driving marketing automation, data analytics,and performance reporting, ensuring that all marketing campaignsrun smoothly and deliver measurable results. Here’s a taste ofwhat you will be doing as a Marketing Operations Manager atNottingham Building Society: - Planning and automation: Support theteam to effectively plan activity linked to marketing strategy andobjectives and to automate our customer engagement efforts. ProcessOptimisation: Analyse and improve marketing workflows and processesto ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams andmaximize marketing efficiency. Campaign Management and reporting:Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including emailmarketing, social media, digital advertising, and contentdistribution, ensuring all campaigns are tracked, measured, andreported effectively. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop andmaintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, ROI,and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insightsto optimize future marketing strategies. Technology Management:Evaluate, implement, and maintain marketing technology solutions tosupport lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM),and analytics needs. Collaboration: Work closely with themarketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment betweenmarketing initiatives and business objectives. Lead Management:Monitor and optimize lead generation, segmentation, and scoringprocesses, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to sales teamsefficiently. Budget Management: Assist in the development andtracking of marketing budgets, ensuring that spending is alignedwith priorities and delivers maximum return oninvestment. About you: - Strong knowledge of marketingautomation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MicrosoftDynamics) is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in dataanalysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights intoactionable recommendations. Strong project management skills andattention to detail. Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
