We are looking for an experienced startup marketing operations expert to join our rapidly growing team. As a growth marketing agency, we love automation and we thrive on data analysis. We've already built sophisticated systems for marketing data engineering across 500+ tools, with a dashboard interface for client management. We need someone to join our team who loves marketing automation, process creation, data analysis, and marketing tool setups and integrations. Ideally, you can set up CRM systems and use these platforms for marketing optimisations. 


Your aim

Develop our marketing operation process and create new ways to improve our growth marketing. 


Specifically, this involves

  • Create marketing technology integration stacks and integrate various tools 

  • Create and update new processes for client data management and optimisations 

  • Proactively suggest ways to improve client marketing initiatives using their data


  • Manage our current data engineering platform and ensure data efficiency

  • Setup and manage client reports, supporting our Growth Strategist with analysis 

  • Create customer journeys for clients and assess using event data 

  • Be able to review and set up various CRM systems, with various tool integrations

  • Ideally be able to setup Customer Data Platforms and product analytic tooling

  • 5+ years of startup growth experience

  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing effective marketing operations 


  • Worked with MarTech Stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, integration tools, data & reporting tools)

  • Managed a team

  • Strong meeting leadership skills


  • Analytical mindset (qualifications, history in data analysis)

Nice to have

  • Customer Data Platform and product analytics set up capabilities 

  • You’ve started your own startup/business


  • Experience running or managing growth experiments

Remuneration and payments 

Growth Division operates a distributed network of partners and expert consultants. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be in a unique position where we offer employment. You will have a competitive base salary based on your prior experience. As a guide: 


£4000/month base salary + bonuses
