Marketing & Data Administrator
£26,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE
Brentwood, Essex
Monday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm & Friday, 9am- 5pm

My client, a successful and friendly business based in Brentwood, is offering an incredible opportunity for a driven individual who is eager to develop their career! They are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the LinkedIn presence fresh and engaging.
Create engaging social media posts that resonate with the audience.
Oversee the website content and functionality, ensure it reflects the brand's voice.
Keep the website up to date with the latest press articles.
Come up with ideas on how to market business effectively.
Update information on the company's in-house system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Produce reports utilising Excel, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
Cross-reference information with the database to maintain data integrity.
Perform data entry tasks efficiently and with great attention to detail.
Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, offering superior customer service.
Work towards assigned deadlines and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Collaborate closely with the data team, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Analyse data, identify anomalies, and liaise with Account Managers and the IT Team to ensure accurate and reliable data for our clients.At my client's company, they value their employees' well-being and provide a range of attractive benefits including 25 days' holiday, private medical cover, and a pension scheme. Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
