My client is seeking a talented Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join their Growth team. This role is crucial in shaping the growth strategy for multiple PC and console titles, ensuring business KPIs are met and supporting Go-To-Market plans.

Role Overview:

The Senior Digital Campaign Manager will work closely with the marketing team, internal creative team, and agency partners to execute, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The focus will be on maximizing ROI through various channels, including email, web, social media advertising, and App Store Optimization (ASO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media:
    • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across social, video, and display channels.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI and exceed KPIs.
    • Lead detailed reviews of platform performance, presenting insights and next steps.
    • Implement a robust testing program to improve efficiency and scale results.
    • Research competitor advertising activities and stay informed on the latest trends.
  • SEO and Store Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive tests and experiments on store pages.
    • Enhance visibility, promote organic traffic, and improve conversion rates.
    • Optimize on-site and off-site performance to drive organic traffic and sign-ups.
  • Website and Digital Content:
    • Support the creation of new game pages and landing pages.
    • Ensure proper data tracking and pixel implementation.
    • Work with data analysts to produce reports on website activity.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Design email templates in collaboration with the creative team.
    • Build and execute email marketing campaigns to support key marketing beats.
    • Track and analyze email marketing performance.
  • Creative:
    • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop top-notch digital marketing assets.
    • Create a playbook with best practices for ad creation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in paid media execution on digital platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with GA4 and/or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for games and knowledge of industry trends.
