Hoop Professional Services & HR is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Loyalty Programme Manager to take ownership of a brand-new loyalty app launch and drive customer engagement through data-driven CRM strategies.

This role is split 50/50, reporting into both the Head of Marketing and Head of eCommerce, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who can blend strategic marketing, CRM expertise, and data analytics to enhance customer loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Leading the launch and ongoing management of a brand-new loyalty app.
-Developing and executing CRM & customer engagement strategies to drive retention and revenue.
-Using data & analytics to optimise loyalty campaigns and measure success.
-Managing customer insights & reporting, ensuring data is leveraged effectively.
-Collaborating with marketing, eCommerce, and digital teams to align loyalty initiatives with wider business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience in loyalty programmes, CRM marketing, or customer engagement.
-Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using CRM & analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI).
-Experience working on loyalty app launches or similar digital engagement platforms.
-Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, working with marketing, eCommerce, and data teams.
-A strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills in campaign planning, personalisation, and customer retention strategies.
