The Manager Sales EMEA & Asia will be responsible for leading the Data Analytics sales organization within the specified geography


We are looking for a Manager of Sales for the Sales department in our Data Analytics Business this role you will be responsible for leading the sales organization for customers in EMEA and Asia and implementing policy and strategy for short term results (1 year or less). You will oversee an established sales team to drive profitable growth aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. You will also obtain and maintain long-term key customers by fulfilling their requirements. An essential part of this role is the active use of CRM (SFDC) to manage sales activities and customer interactions effectively to achieve overall results.


You will be leading an expanding team of currently 6 Sales professionals and we arelookingforward to shaping the future with you.


This position is available for eitherfor full time based remotely in the UK or Sweden.

Develop and implement the sales strategy within an assigned area of responsibility and drive and monitor sales results within this area


Actively use SFDC to manage and document leads and opportunities all customer interactions and sales activities ensuring that all customer and opportunity information is up-to-date and accurately entered in the CRM system


Analyze SFDC data for assigned customers to identify trends generate customer insights and track sales performance


Build and maintain an efficient sales teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction across their area of responsibility


Manage the regional Data Analytics sales implementation lead identification strategic evaluation selling cycle resulting disposable business and financial solution of our Integrated Solutions offering


Acquire new and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives


Provide pre-sales support and expertise to assist the sales team in their sales effort


Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients and sales representatives


Collaborate with all stakeholders in the organization and serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams


Provide ad hoc and regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics


Identify opportunities to improve market coverage

Provide insights for customer support to address clients issues in the usage of organizational products and services


Represent the company at meetings / events / gatherings / Industry Interest groups


What will convince us

Academic degree in Business Administration Marketing Bioprocess or Data Analytics or relevant field


Sales experience with selling software not only license but larger enterprise engagements


Experience in the pharmaceutical biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry


Understanding data analytics solutions and their applications within the Life Science industry


Experience with SFDC and sales analytics tools and other CRMs


Experience of managing a team the ability to inspire and drive performance


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Ability to analyse market data and trends to make strategic decisions


Ability to effectively present technical information

Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all organisational levels


Strong problem solving and organisational skills


MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint)
