I am currently working with a leading energy firm looking for a Maintenance and Analytics Manager to join their team. In this role you will empower the organisation with data analyst capabilities to extract valuable insights from EV charging network data, supporting business improvement rmendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive EV unit deployment to achieve targets. Support data and analytics value chain for operations, maintenance, and reliability dashboards. Enable real-time access to performance data for data-driven insights. Implement operations, maintenance, and reliability analytics across regions. Promote standardised performance management practices. Collaborate with maintenance and reliability teams to define business and operational requirements. Lead a dedicated team of maintenance and reliability analysts. Establish consistent business metrics and drive their adoption. Contribute to reliability-driven projects and services within the Operations Excellence leadership team. Foster knowledge sharing and standardisation through centralised infrastructure. Network with regional operations leads and drive reliability initiatives. Utilise data analysis for all reliability activities and develop a cohesive systems landscape.

Experiencepetencies:
