What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Data Scientist, you’ll support the design and development of data-driven models that power our industry-leading insurance solutions. You’ll get hands-on experience with projects ranging from supervised machine learning and clustering, to natural language processing and network analysis.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to:

• Work on real-life projects with guidance from experienced data scientists
• Explore and analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights
• Build and test models using techniques like GLM, GBM, Random Forests, and Neural Networks
• Communicate your findings through clear reports and presentations
• Help bring models from concept to production
• Collaborate with a high-performing team that values curiosity, creativity, and learning
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking bright, enthusiastic individuals early in their careers who have:

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Physics)
• Programming experience in Python and SQL
• An understanding of data cleaning, manipulation, and basic statistical techniques
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for solving problems
• A desire to learn about the insurance and risk analytics space
