About the Role

We’re looking for an experiencedIT Project Manager / Scrum Masterwithdata expertiseto lead a high-impact project in a dynamic environment. If you have a proven track record inmanaging complex data initiatives, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring successful project execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who canbridge the gap between technology, data, and business teams. You will be responsible fordelivering a critical data migration or transformation initiative, working closely withengineering, data, and business stakeholders. You will drive Agile delivery, manage risks, and ensure clear reporting and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the end-to-enddelivery of a data-focused project(migration, integration, or analytics-related).
  • Acting as aScrum Master, coaching teams on Agile best practices and ensuring smooth sprint execution.
  • Managing stakeholdersacross IT, data, and business teams, aligning priorities and expectations.
  • Overseeingdata-related challenges(quality, governance, security, reconciliation) and working with data engineers/analysts.
  • Tracking progress, risks, and dependenciesusing tools like Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment on architecture and data strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager / Scrum Masterin data-heavy projects.
  • Strong understanding ofdata pipelines, ETL, data warehousing, and API integrations.
  • Solid knowledge ofAgile methodologies(Scrum/Kanban), SAFe a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in data-driven environments (e.g., Cloud platforms, SQL, data governance frameworks).
  • Ability totranslate complex technical requirementsinto actionable plans.
  • Excellentstakeholder management skills, especially in regulated industries (FS, Healthcare, etc.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience incloud-based data platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity withdata privacy regulations(GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Prior work inFinancial Services, Banking, or Insurance.
  • Experience and knowledge of financial reports (e.g. Securitisation and FCA returns for FS organisations).

What We Offer:

  • Location:Hybrid (London office)
  • Contract Length:3-6 months (extension possible) Contract
  • Day Rate:£450-550 (Inside IR35)
  • Start Date:ASAP
