What You Will Do:

  • Maintain, update, and enhance the company's internal Information Management System (IMS).

  • Provide first-line support for the on-site MRP system (Sage 200), ensuring smooth operations.

  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the SQL-based data warehouse to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Deliver hands-on IT support to end users across the site, working collaboratively with the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP).

  • Help oversee on-site servers, networking equipment, and backup systems to ensure infrastructure reliability.

  • Create and maintain IT support documentation and standard operating procedures for streamlined processes.

    What You Will Bring:
