With decades of experience and a customer-centered approach, they are looking for a talented IT Manager to oversee and enhance their IT operations and support infrastructure, ensuring efficient service delivery across the organization.

About the Role:
As an IT Manager, you will work with the Head of IT on the development and implementation of IT strategies, ensuring seamless functionality across various systems, including SAP Business One, Proteus WMS, and the PowerBI reporting platform. Working closely with senior leadership and department heads, you will drive IT efficiency and security improvements to support the company’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations and oversee the ERP system, SAP Business One.
  
• Implement security protocols and efficiency improvements.
  
• Develop and manage the PowerBI reporting platform.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IT solutions that align with business needs.
  
• Manage user support across departments and provide mentorship to the IT team.
  
  Key Skills:
  
• Proven experience in infrastructure administration.
  
• Knowledge of ERP systems, SQL, PowerBI, and network security.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and influence senior management.
  
• Technical proficiency in Windows Administration, Linux, and VMWare.
