Currently recruiting for an Investment Administrator to join my client who are well established within the Financial Sector. This is a 6 month fixed term contract, where you will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The office is based in Glasgow City Centre, offering hybrid flexibility. The salary for this role will range between £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on salary and relevant industry experience of the successful candidate.

A background within Financial Services would be beneficial, however not essential as long as you possess strong administrative skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide reliable, professional service to clients, investment managers, advisers, and product providers.
Adhere to team SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Handle administrative tasks according to the team's procedures manual.
Actively engage in visual management boards, team meetings, continuous improvement, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with the Group's data governance framework, maintaining data quality and integrity.
Follow conduct rules and act with integrity.
Be aware of CASS processes and escalate issues to your manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to grasp new tasks quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client service focus
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A team player able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build constructive relationships with other members of staff at various levels
Adaptable, flexible, and able to accept responsibility for given tasksYou will be available within 4 weeks to start and must be able to pass a credit check and disclosure.
