Location: Uxbridge, London
Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to £38,000+ Benefits

We’re hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join a leading international FMCG operations team, managing stock activity across multiple European sites. This is a high-impact, cross-border role ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and a desire to drive process excellence within a globally recognised business.

The Role

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you’ll support the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across third-party production sites and warehouses across the EMEA region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain inventory reports and transactions in SAP
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end stock reconciliations
Collaborate with production and logistics partners across Europe (including Spain and France)
Review and recover value from stock losses and variances
Post production, receipts, and sales within defined deadlines
Work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and external stakeholders
Ensure accurate reporting and inventory control across all EMEA sites

What We’re Looking For

Background in inventory control, warehousing or logistics
Advanced Excel skills and a data accuracy mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, detail-driven, and methodical
Comfortable working across multiple cultures and locations
Proactive approach, able to manage BAU and ad hoc priorities
