Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.

HR Process Optimization:

  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design data-driven strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent management.

Workforce Planning & Forecasting:

  • Analyze workforce trends to assist in capacity planning and succession planning.
  • Provide predictive analytics to anticipate hiring needs and identify potential skill gaps.

Compliance & Data Integrity:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data systems to maintain consistency and reliability.
