What you need to succeed:You will need experience working as a HR Data Analyst where you will be able to demonstrate experience of taking HR data across the full HR lifecycle using PowerBI, Excel and creating / centralising dashboards in a large scale, multinational business, ideally across the EU and APAC. You will be able to manipulate HR data to tell a meaningful story to the wider HR team and business. You will ideally have previous experience in SuccessFactors, although not an essential requirement. You will have strongmunication and stakeholder management skills and will be able to adapt and prioritise your workload depending on urgent business needs. You will be available to start a role ASAP andmit to an initial 4-month contract.
