HR Co-ordinator - £30,000 - £35,000
St Neots - Hybrid
Full time (37.5 hours per week) or Part-time 4 days

Join a collaborative and fast-paced global business as their HR Co-ordinator supporting HR operations across the UK and Europe, where you'll play a key part in ensuring the people processes run smoothly and effectively.

Role Overview: Reporting to the HR Manager UK & Europe, this position provides essential support across all facets of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR systems. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to grow their HR career within a supportive and international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting recruitment by coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers and agencies, and managing pre-employment paperwork.
Leading the onboarding process, ensuring an excellent new hire experience through documentation, induction, and orientation.
Maintaining HRIS data integrity and producing HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
Liaising with the global HR team to ensure data accuracy and consistent practice.
Supporting payroll by preparing monthly amendments, employee letters, contracts, and reports.
Organising internal events such as town halls and employee engagement activities.
Handling confidential information professionally while supporting the HR team in ad hoc projects and continuous improvement efforts. What We’re Looking For:
Prior HR experience with strong administrative capability.
Ideally working towards CIPD Level 3 or 5, or with equivalent HR experience.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ADP, Concur, HRIS platforms) is highly desirable.
Strong time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. What You’ll Get:
