Role: HR Systems and Insight Manager

Department: People & Culture (HR)

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working

Salary: c-£55,000 plus an excellent benefits package.

12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Scania People & Culture department (HR), as the HR Systems & Insight Manager on a fixed term contract.

The role has a balance of business-as-usual activities and manages a number of local and global projects, with the objective to continually improve our People and Culture processes and systems.

In addition, the team is also responsible for enhancing our people analytics capability as we look to develop dashboards and enhance our KPI reporting.

In this role you will:

Lead, develop and motivate the HR Systems and Data Analyst.
Become the subject matter expert for our HR Systems landscape – MySuccess (HR system) and Dayforce (payroll system).
Project manage changes to the systems / integrations – liaising and co-ordinating with colleagues in Sweden (global head office) and stakeholders here in Scania Great Britain (IT department).
Lead on the roadmap for system enhancements, influencing stakeholders around functionality, and prioritising future requirements of the HR systems.
Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity of data within MySuccess (HR system) and Dayforce (Payroll system).
Providing support to HR colleagues, with escalation to our global team in Sweden when necessary.
Partner with managers to develop and interpret HR analytics, reporting and dashboards.
Provide HR Insight and analytics on key workforce metrics to improve and drive business decision making.
Proactively supporting on enhancing our data analytics capabilities by utilising analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) About you:

Leadership - demonstrated experience of achieving goals by developing and implementing plans and allocating resources effectively.
Systems experience - HR Systems experience ideally in SuccessFactors and/or DayForce (payroll)
Analytical - ability to analyse information, understand the potential issues and identify potential solutions to complex problems.
Communication – able to collaborate with and influence stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key projects and business as usual activity
Relationship Building - building strong working relationships with external suppliers and colleagues within the global and local teams to ensure requirements, deliverables and service levels are all clearly identified and maintained.
