This is an opportunity to work directly with Tier 1celebrity athletes and Olympians, formulating elite workoutprograms that blend the latest in performance science and AItechnology. You will curate and create world-class fitness content,source and manage top-tier talent, and test the AI-powered motiontracking system to ensure an unparalleled user experience. Thisrole is ideal for a fitness expert, coach, or trainer with a deepunderstanding of strength training combined with exceptionalorganisational skills and the ability to work at the intersectionof fitness, technology, and content production. The Role: ● Salary:Very Competitive ● Working Hours: 3 days a week ● Unlimited Holiday(self-directed time off) Your duties will encompass a wide range ofdisciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis,strategy execution and content creation. Reporting to: • The CPOThe Role... 1. Workout Content Development - Design and developstructured workout programs, ranging from 10-minute expresssessions to full 4-week structured plans across strength, yoga,boxing, dance, pilates, barre, and bodyweight training. - Ensureeach program is scientifically optimised and engaging, leveragingthe expertise of world-class athletes and Olympians. - Collaboratewith trainers to incorporate cutting-edge sports science principlesinto training methodologies. 2. Talent Sourcing & Management -Identify, recruit, and onboard elite fitness talent, includingcelebrity athletes, Olympians, and renowned trainers. - Managescheduling and coordination to maximise content productionefficiency during studio filming sessions. - In the near future,take ownership of talent negotiations and partnerships, securingdeals with Tier 1 athletic and celebrity talent. 3. ContentProduction & Studio Oversight - Plan and coordinate videoshoots, ensuring the capture of 6-7 high-quality workouts per day.- Work closely with the videography and editing teams to ensure allworkout content aligns with brand guidelines and user experienceexpectations. - Supervise the post-production process to ensureseamless editing and integration of AI-driven feedback intoworkouts. 4. AI & Product Testing - Act as the bridge betweenthe fitness and tech teams, testing motion tracking and providingcritical feedback to improve accuracy and automated coachingresponses. - Conduct regular hands-on product testing, ensuring theform correction feedback is scientifically sound and engaging forusers. - Partner with the data science and product teams tooptimise content for maximum engagement and retention. 5. CommunityEngagement & Coaching - Lead interactive workout sessions,engaging users with an energetic, charismatic, and highlymotivating coaching style. - Create an immersive and compellingexperience, making fitness education both fun and effective. -Collaborate with marketing to create behind-the-scenes content,workout breakdowns, and athlete interviews to further engage theuser community. 6. Strategy & Roadmap Contribution - Work withthe CPO and product team to shape the long-term content strategyand roadmap. - Ensure workouts align with the company’s vision anduser needs, continuously evolving based on user feedback andengagement data. - Experiment with new training styles andinteractive experiences, pushing the boundaries of AI-drivenfitness coaching. The Person... - Extensive Experience in Athletics& Coaching – Background in strength training, yoga, dance, orboxing is essential. - Engaging & Charismatic Personality –Ability to captivate and energise users during workouts. - StrongOrganisational & Leadership Skills – Experience managinghigh-profile talent, complex schedules, and large-scale videoshoots. - Comfortable in Front of the Camera – Confident indemonstrating and explaining technical movement execution. -Data-Driven & Product-Minded – Ability to test and optimise AImotion tracking to enhance the user experience. - Highly Adaptable& Detail-Oriented – Capable of working independently whilecoordinating across multiple teams. - Tech-Savvy & Proficientin Digital Tools – Experience using Slack, Asana, Notion, GoogleSheets, and project management platforms.
