An overview of the role: We areseeking to hire senior talent for the Energy Transition sub-sectoras oil and gas companies pivot to a new energy portfolio (e.g.,renewables, EV services, etc). We are seeing high demand fordigital transformation as clients drive to customer centricservices and experience across the value chain. As part of thisgrowth in demand, we are seeking an experienced Director to joinour teams of highly talented consultants, working on the pursuitand delivery of digital transformation consulting services as wellas providing subject matter expertise, capability development andintellectual capital. As a Director in the business you’ll help setthe direction, driving forward the business, model our values andbehaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.Responsibilities: * Business Development – Leading/contributing toproposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitchcontribution, client hosting at events. * Internal contribution –Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practicedevelopment (operations, recruitment, team events &activities), offering development. * Learning & development –Training to support your career development and the skills demandwithin the company, certifications etc. We’d love to meet someonewith: * Significant experience gained within Consulting in the NewEnergy sector, with a strong understanding of the Oil & Gasvalue chain. * Experience of managing large complex programmes anddelivering digital transformation services/projects. Ability toapply knowledge in the following areas: * Credibility in oil andgas value chain, downstream businesses, and/or new energy. *Deployment of Digital Transformation solutions and services. *Awareness of Customer and User Centric design and dataexploitation. * Emerging trends in the market such as IoT,technology platforms, automation, sustainability, digital twin andAI. * Digital solutions for transitioning factory models for RPA,energy and mobile Apps into operations. * Proven ability in amatrixed organisation. * Experience of proposition building anddelivery. * Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or inindustry but having a Consulting background. * Business development– generating consulting revenues.
