As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer inAnomaly Detection, you will be the technical lead in a researchteam focused on advancing our anomaly detection technology, drivingtechnical excellence and innovation. The team will design,implement, and optimize advanced algorithms and machine learningmodels to detect anomalies in game streams. Your expertise willhelp shape the future of gaming by ensuring high-quality playerexperiences. What youll be doing: 1. Anomaly Detection Development:Design, develop, and implement novel anomaly detection algorithmsto automatically identify bugs and glitches in game streams. 2.Research and Innovation: Lead research initiatives in anomalydetection, contributing to the authorship of research papers andpresenting at relevant conferences. 3. Data Analysis: Performextensive data analysis and preprocessing to uncover patterns andimprove detection accuracy. 4. Collaboration: Work withcross-functional teams to integrate detection technologies intoproduction environments, ensuring scalability and performance. 5.Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering aculture of innovation and continuous learning. 6. Communication:Present findings to stakeholders, effectively communicating complextechnical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.7. Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest research inanomaly detection, machine learning, and artificial intelligence,disseminating knowledge across the team. 8. Prototyping: Quicklyprototype new ideas and technologies to evaluate their relevanceand performance. 9. Inclusive Culture: Promote an inclusive anddiverse work environment where every team member feels valued,respected, and empowered. What were looking for: 1. Education:Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A PhD is a plus. 2.Principal Engineer: 6+ years of experience in anomaly detection,machine learning, or related technical fields. 3. Domain Expertise:Prior experience in anomaly detection applied to areas such as QA,gameplay analysis, computer vision or video stream analysis. 4.Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as Python,NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. 5. Strong understanding of dataanalysis, signal processing, and statistical modeling. 6.Experience with video processing and understanding of gamestreaming technologies is a plus. 7. Problem-Solving Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8.Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complextechnical issues effectively. 9. Interpersonal Skills: Excellentinterpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. 10. Passion forGaming: An interest in gaming and improving the quality of playerexperiences. Benefits: 1.
