• Collaborate with Gaming, Partnerships and CRM teams to develop compelling sporting promotions: You will build and champion a campaign strategy around key in-market events, leveraging partnerships to deliver engaging content with captivating propositions to expand reach, acquire and retain sports betting customers.

• Optimise profitability in the context of achieving sustainable growth: You’ll play a collaborative role in devising a pricing strategy that both helps attain market share in competitive markets and grows the bottom line.

• Set and achieve ambitious performance targets: You will work with our Business Intelligence and Revenue functions to determine KPIs, reporting regularly on performance, with a clear understanding of what drives any deviance from targets.

• Drive a Passion for sports-betting: You have an inherent passion for sports and betting, in building and mentoring a high performing team which fosters a culture of innovation, continuous learning and adaptability, encouraging cross-functional collaboration to drive product improvements.

Your experience;

● In-depth understanding of Trading and Sportsbook KPIs, products and success factors: You have extensive experience in similar roles, understand the drivers that create a successful sportsbook and can demonstrate a track record of success.

● Strong leadership and communication skills: You will be responsible for the sports team and possess excellent 360-degree communication and influencing skills.

● Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed: You aren’t afraid to get into the weeds to understand what needs to be done to tackle challenges and optimize systems.

● A visionary mindset: You can think big picture, balancing both long-term goals and short-term performance.

● Ability to work under pressure: You have experience of running a 24/7 department managing a sports P&L and possess the ability to make calm decisions in real time which are fair to the customer but also right for the company.

● Flexibility: You understand that, by nature, this isn’t a “office hours” role and you possess the ability and durability to stay dialled in, whilst also building a structure of capable people, to whom you can delegate appropriate responsibilities and tasks

● Passion for sports-betting: You love what we do. And you do your upmost to remind others why they do too.
