At Mind, our Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) function is a strategic enabler, harnessing digital, data, and technology capabilities to build a secure, agile, and innovative organisation that drives sustainable success.
We have adopted a Hub and Spoke model, where the DDaT team serves as the central hub, providing expertise, governance, and strategic direction, while working in close partnership with teams across the organisation to embed digital, data, and technology best practices.
Our DDaT Strategy is built around four key pillars:

Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
As Head of Digital, Data Platforms, & Analytics, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the organisation's digital platforms, data insights, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they are harnessed to drive informed decision-making and organisational success. Your role will be pivotal in aligning digital, data, and analytics initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals, fostering a culture of innovation, and embedding user-centred and insight-driven approaches across all areas.
-Develop and lead the organisation's digital, data, and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and the DDaT Strategy.
-Provide visionary leadership for digital and data innovation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, and impact.
-Oversee the development, optimisation, and performance of digital platforms, including the website, CRM systems, and other key technologies.
-Work with cross-functional teams to manage platform integrations and ensure seamless experiences for stakeholders.
-Work in close collaboration with the Compliance Team to enable the development and implementation of data governance practices across the organisation, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations, in line with the Hub and Spoke model.
-Facilitate the building and utilisation of analytics capabilities within teams to drive organisational effectiveness and measure impact.
-Lead a team of digital, data, and analytics specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
-Work closely with internal teams to identify data needs, develop analytics solutions, and embed an insight-driven approach.
-Develop and oversee a roadmap for digital and data initiatives, prioritising projects that align with strategic goals.
-Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation, ensuring the organisation remains agile and forward-thinking.
-Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital and data initiatives, safeguarding the organisation's reputation and assets.
