Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst/ Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will analyse key operating data to drive immediate changes, focusing on revenue maximisation and cost reduction. You will work closely with operational management and support the management accountant.
Please be aware this role is NOT remote.
Finance Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and influence daily production and indirect labour ordering.
  • Partner with site General Managers and Operations Managers to utilise data for performance improvements.
  • Analyse operational performance by SKU using Qlik and TrakSYS, providing feedback within 5 working days.
  • Monitor packaging unit costs to ensure accurate cost recovery.
  • Update senior finance team on key operating cost issues.
  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner with various tasks.
    Finance Analyst Qualifications and Skills:
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of Prophet is desirable.
  • Experience in operational, planning, or accounts roles
