The Field CTO. Analytics and AI Role

Reporting to Brendan Grady, GM of the Analytics Business Unit and partnering (dotted line) closely with the regional heads of Sales, Pre-sales and Customer Success, the Field CTO will focus on addressing the market opportunity and supporting the regional attainment of the Qlik Analytics/AI business objectives. They will act as the “voice of the customer” inside of the Analytics Business Unit, establishing a strong customer-centric culture within the field teams, product and engineering.

What makes this role interesting and how you will make an impact:

  1. Working with the RVP of Sales, build and execute the regional business plan for analytics/AI.
  2. Orient activities towards the achievement of regional Net New Bookings for analytics/AI.
  3. Work with Offering Management and Product Marketing to develop and roll out key sales plays, promotions and enablement.
  4. Conduct client and tech ecosystem activities to support revenue and market opportunities.
  5. Work with the regional teams to develop a regional customer advisory group.
  6. Support press, ecosystem and analyst activities as required.
  7. Be recognized as a known thought leader in the industry for the use of data to create business value – particularly with the Qlik Analytics and AI solutions.
  8. Coach and mentor teams throughout the company to effectively deliver on value within the data ecosystem.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

  1. Significant experience in global scale of operations and working with customers around the world.
  2. Domain depth in data offerings that include data integration, data management, data governance, data transformation, data quality, and/or data analytics.
  3. Creative and inspiring communicator, evangelizing strategy/story-telling and vision with employees, customers, investors, and market influencers.
  4. Proven ability to interact with and understand highly technical customers and internal engineering stakeholders.
