We're seeking two exceptional individuals to join our growing, dedicated team within the CEO's office, delivering proactive and professional Executive Support services to the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
  • Be a first line of contact for enquiries from internal and external sources, assessing and handling queries in full.
  • Responsible for the Executive Team diaries including scheduling recurring routine meetings, managing and handling papers for wide variety of boards and meetings.
  • Planning and preparing for events, working in collaboration with other departments and external parties.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and liaising effectively with the College's internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and wider SLT.
  • Support and deputise for the Senior EA as required.
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience in a PA role supporting a senior executive in the public or private sector. They will excel in planning, prioritising, and managing a varied workload while supporting key projects and activities that underpin the work of our Principal and her team.
