Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Engagement Lead, to lead high-impact projects for our AI software and solutions consulting practice. In this critical role, you will deliver transformative AI strategies and implementations for our clients across various industries. This role combines strategic and technical leadership to spearhead the firm's cutting-edge AI advisory and implementation services. The ideal candidate will have a blend of top-tier consulting experience and deep AI/data expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly and achieve desired business outcomes for clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client's business challenges, objectives and become a trusted advisor in designing AI-enabled solutions
  • Structure and lead analysis of complex data sets to uncover insights that drive strategic recommendations for AI roadmaps, operating models and technology decisions
  • Manage diverse teams spanning data engineers, AI/ML experts, business analysts and client personnel to deliver AI solutions within scope, timeline and budget
  • Build meaningful relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors to manage expectations and gain buy-in
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI solutions are architected for scalability, security and ethical AI principles
  • Lead development of AI strategy deliverables, implementation blueprints and effective presentations to communicate findings to leadership
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them grow consulting, AI and leadership capabilities
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with AI solution development and implementation
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous learning and knowledge sharing within AI consulting teams

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of management/strategy consulting experience, including 2-3 years as an Engagement Manager or equivalent role
  • Expertise in AI/ML technologies, data engineering, cloud architecture, and software development life cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous, data-driven business problems
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Proven project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional, global teams
  • Ability to travel as required to support client engagements
  • Bachelor's degree required from top rated university; graduate degree or MBA preferred
  • Passion for AI's potential to drive transformative business impact
