Data Scientist - AI Enablement and Responsible AI

Are you passionate about harnessing the power of AI while ensuring ethical and responsible use across the supply chain? Pandora is seeking a talented and driven Specialist in Data Ethics and Responsible AI to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only contribute to data-driven innovation but also lead initiatives related to Responsible AI and GenAI enablement and adoption,, collaborating closely with legal, compliance, and various business units.

About AI Innovation team at Pandora: 

Our Data and Analytics (D&A) AI is pushing the boundaries of AI cutting edge innovation at Pandora. As a Data Scientist - AI Enablement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Responsible AI Agenda and facilitating the integration of AI technologies across Pandora's operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible AI Agenda:

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to continuously evolve and implement AI safety guidelines ensuring adherence to ethical principles and regulatory compliance.

Drive initiatives focused on responsible AI practices, emphasizing transparency, fairness, accountability, and mitigating biases in AI models used within Pandora.

Community Training:

Develop and conduct training programs on AI for internal stakeholders, fostering a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the responsible integration of GenAI technologies across Pandora's supply chain.

AI Enablement across the Supply Chain:

Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for integrating AI solutions that enhance operational efficiencies, creativity, and innovation across various supply chain functions.

Collaborate with Product Manager in AI innovation to deliver initiatives to pilot and implement AI technologies, ensuring alignment with ethical guidelines and responsible AI practices.

Data Science and AI Expertise:

Subject Matter Expert in AI for the onboarding of new tools at Pandora, ensuring technical fit to Business opportunities and best practices of AI from an ethical and technical perspective.

What You'll Need to Succeed: 

A background in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making processes.

Experience in implementing Responsible AI practices, including developing guidelines, mitigating biases, and ensuring ethical use of AI technologies.

Proven expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and a track record of successfully integrating such solutions into operational environments.

Being the trusted AI partner for all business areas, demonstrating subject matter expertise in AI and openness to learn and find new opportunities

Lead the internal training of citizen data scientists driving the AI literary agenda within Pandora, this requires the ability to translate complex technical topics into business language and examples

Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams are critical

A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on AI ethics, regulations, and industry best practices, including topics like sustainability and human rights
