Were looking for a proactive Data Quality Manager to lead the change in making our data accurate, consistent, and ready for transformation.

This is more than just a data job. Its a rare opportunity to lead critical change, shape our data future, and collaborate across every corner of P3. We're looking for a passionate, detail-driven individual to help us make that happen.

In this role, you will:

- Assess current data quality and map key processes

- Define and document master data (people, services, locations, clients)

- Support data governance standards and naming conventions

- Align data across systems and lead data cleansing efforts

- Prepare our data for major migrations

- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers

- Provide regular updates to the Data Transformation Lead and sponsors
